Plumbing, HVAC & Gas Inspector
Plan your future!
Picture yourself as a Plumbing, HVAC & Gas Inspector, utilizing your experience to examine plans and to authorize construction for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. You will review plans, conduct on-site inspections of plumbing, heating, and gas installations, as well as sprinkler and fire suppression systems, to ensure compliance with Provincial codes and City bylaws and policies.
Qualifications:
- Trade Ticket as a Plumber or Sheet Metal Mechanic
- Current Natural Gas Licence in BC (Trade Ticket as a BC Gasfitter)
- BOABC certification
- Relevant experience in plan checking or building inspection
- Attention to Detail
- Professional Credibility
- Objective/Logical
- Valid BC Drivers License – Class 5
